Being authentic in a crowded market…

I try not to take myself too seriously, see above 🙂

I try to be as authentic as humanly possible on Facebook and instagram, and I hope that comes through.

It’s very easy to look at someone’s page and think they have it all together, I don’t. I’ve struggled like you, and I’ve learned a better way. A harder way maybe, it’s not flashy or sexy to preach sustainable methods but that’s where the science points so that’s where I go.

Aesthetic pictures definitely do better with the algorithm, but typically it’s the caption I really want you to think about and take in.

I’m not a fitspo, influencer, or online guru.

I am a coach. Trainer. Instructor. Mom. Wife. Sister. Daughter. Friend.

I’m a Scorpio in every sense of the word. Loyal but not very quick to trust. Salty but kind.
I say what I mean
Mean what I say
Practice what I preach
I’ll never ask you to do something I haven’t done or would do.
And I take pride in living the life I preach to my clients.

In a crowd of Beckys and Karen’s, be authentic. There’s a serious lack of authenticity on these platforms.
