Do it anyway
When it’s dark, cold, and you’ve had a long day, do it anyway.
This is where the magic happens.
This is where the habits are formed.
This is the most difficult time of year to stay consistent with your training and nutrition.
So even when you don’t want to, do it anyway.
Don’t confuse this message with over training and beating yourself into the ground 5-7 times a week.
That is not required or encouraged for long term heath and success.
A quick 20 minute home workout is better than nothing. A walk during your lunch break is better than nothing. Just do more than nothing everyday, and you’ll be well on your way to a healthier lifestyle.
The days are shorter and we are all naturally moving less and eating more without even noticing.
Staying consistent will take discipline and commitment to your habits.
Do it anyway, do it now, stop putting your health on the back burner.
