Customized Macronutrient nutrition coaching

We start with the initial intake assessment and questionnaire. A few questions to help me get to know you, your lifestyle, history, and goals. We will also review your current nutrition habits and intake. This includes tracking your food for one week and reporting those logs to your coach.

You will then begin your 6 week jumpstart phase. This is a priming phase for your metabolism where we find your true maintenance calories and establish balance before we start working on goals. *this phase is not optional and may last longer then 6 weeks depending on diet history.

*You will need a kitchen scale and the My fitness pal app.

Nutrition consult

If you are an experienced macro tracker and do not need weekly accountability, a consult could work for you

Upon completion of a full client intake and review of your current nutrition logs, receive a new set of macro numbers and a blue print for 3 months based on your goals and lifestyle.

This includes 2 check in's within 3 months of payment.

Introducing Move The Needle training

A monthly progressive overload program designed with women in mind. Each month receive 3 foundation workouts and 2 accessory workouts to repeat for 4 weeks.

Every Monday you will receive a "Monday Metcon" cardio workout

Every Friday you will receive a weekly mobility challenge
