A monthly progressive overload program designed with women in mind. Each month receive 3 foundation workouts and 2 accessory workouts to repeat for 4 weeks.
Every Monday you will receive a "Monday Metcon" cardio workout

This is not intended to be an on and off diet, the goal is to build stability and structure with your nutrition through ANY season.
Initial commitment is 3 months, after that you can cancel anytime. *30 days notice is preferred so we can make sure you exit your plan safely.
