Q: How much time will I need to commit? A: The lessons and workouts are designed to fit into your busy schedule. Workouts are 3-4 days a week and can be done in about 45 minutes. The weekly lessons are short and actionable— the longest is 15 minutes.
Q: Do I need access to a gym? A: While a gym is helpful, home-based modifications are provided for those with minimal equipment.
Q: Will I have access to the materials after the course ends? A: You’ll have lifetime access to all the lessons and resources so you can revisit them whenever you need, but the videos will remain in the app, so as long as you are a client of mine, you will have access to them.
