Hi I’m Jaclyn!

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who is passionate about helping women over 35 build a healthy balanced lifestyle they can sustain, and ENJOY! Since 2018 I have helped hundreds of women lose body fat, gain muscle, drastically improve their relationship with food AND their body. I believe women should nourish their bodies and get stronger in order to live their best life and create THEIR best body. FAQS

I have never worked out before, will this be a good fit for me? YES. Beginners can go through our beginner on ramp program and then join us with the 3 day full body program. I can offer movement substitutions for anyone who needs them and you will be getting support on your form with these movements.

What do I need for equipment? A full gym is best but If you are working out from home I recommend at least two sets of dumbbells to start, an incline bench, heel wedges, short bands, and longer bands with handles and a door hanger. You can check out the products I love page for some recommendations.

What if I am working out at home and only have a set of dumbbells right now should I wait to start? Start now! This program can be done from home with only dumbbells. As you gain strength over time you may need heavier dumbbells to keep making good progress but you can get started with just one set for now. I am available to help with movement substitutions always!

I usually workout 4-6 days per week. Will a 3 day program be enough for me? This program does come in a gym only 4 day split for those of us with more training time under our belt. The 3 day program also has 2 active recovery workouts, however 3 days done well in a structured program will do more for you than a bunch of random workouts every day! With this style of programming you will have room to include other activities. You will also be getting bonus access to our rest day workouts, mobility, and conditioning so there are options to make this a 5 day program and your trainer can help you balance this out on an individual basis!

Are the workouts live or can I do them on my own time? The workouts are delivered via the app with form videos so you can do them anytime on your own time. Each block of workouts comes with an explanation from me and detail on how to approach things like weight selection.

How long do the workouts take? With a warm up this should only take you 45 minutes at most an hour if you really milk it:)

Is there any nutrition help with this program? This is a fitness program, but you will receive access to our members only content which is packed with tons of nutrition education. You will also have weekly Q and A access to me for any and all questions around the program, nutrition, fitness, lifestyle etc!Â
