Hi it me, 🙋🏻♀️and I LOVE reviewing and sharing form feedback with my clients.
I am a stickler about checking form because I know how damn important it is to get it right the first time! I learned the hard way when I decided to load movement patterns I did not yet have control over when I started my journey with strength training more then ten years ago!
Here are just a few reasons WHY you need to care abut your form and you MUST have it checked by a professional!
✅Proper form reduces the risk of injury by avoiding unnecessary strain on joints and ligaments. When your form is right, the RIGHT muscles are doing the work, instead of other parts of your body taking over.

In short you do not want to get hurt! For us ladies over 35 gaining strength and muscle takes time and consistency, which you cannot create when you are injured and forced to take time off.
