I store mine under my bed when not in use, and I liked how this had some wood accents to it also. I bought this walking pad in 2022 and it still work GREAT, I have been super happy with my investment seeing as though I use it everyday.
  2. Pick a comfortable Weighted Vest: Start with a lighter weight (5-12 pounds) and gradually increase as you build strength. As a general rule start with 10% of your body weight! This weighted vest is built for a woman's body! and is very comfortable I find.
  3. Set a routine: Aim for 20-30 minutes of walking daily. You can even multitask by listening to podcasts or watching your favorite shows. I do a little work on mine for at least 30 minutes daily.
