What is the overarching goal of the program?
This group program is designed with linear periodization for full body strength and muscle gain. The goal is to deliver a high quality full body program with education and support at an affordable rate for everyone.
Who is this program for?
Women who don’t have 6 days a week to spend in the gym and need to get the most bang for their buck from their strength days. This will help you gain lean mass and strength with three foundational lifting days and our optional mini focus sessions including glute trigger, core focus, interval cardio, Bi+ Tri focus, and mobility.
Is this custom programming?
No, this program is already written out for a full 12 months. But you will have the option to substitute and tailor to your needs if you require scaling or regressions.
Can I start anytime?
Yes enrollment is rolling but everyone will start with mesocycle 1. This is a 12 month full year macro cycle broken into 4 meso cycles designed for a full garage/home gym or a regular gym.
What you will need?
Barbell with a rig, plates, dumbbells and bands. There is also a DB only version!
I have never lifted, is this for me?
Yes this program would be appropriate for beginners and scaling/regression options will be offered via the app. There is also a DB only version which can be a good fit for newcomers just starting out at home.
I have been lifting for years, is this enough volume for me?
YES! If you have never periodized your training in a linear fashion a more focused basic program could be exactly what your body needs to get results. More muscle recovery while still sending a muscle building signal is a big driver in why this program works. You will also have access to our focus sessions and conditioning bonus bike/run if you prefer 5 days in the gym.
Will I be able to talk to my trainer?
Yes you will have access to me, your trainer, for any questions that may come up and for form checks on our group forum boards.
Where is the program delivered?
Via my app where all of my clients are housed. Each workout is delivered with form videos, sets, reps, tempo, and intensity recommendations. You can log your workouts in the app so you can see your strength gains! You will also have full access to our community boards which store our fitness and nutrition content, and your personal dash which has a meal tracker, progress photo storage, body weight/measurement history, calendar, habit goals, and syncs with MFP, Apple, Fitbit, and Garmin.
Is there any nutrition coaching included?
This product does not include nutrition coaching but will include some general education about how to manipulate your nutrition based on your goals and how important good nutrition is when it comes to gaining lean mass and losing fat tissue. My goal is to deliver not just the program, but also the education that you need to execute it well. You will also have the option to join our nutrition membership or complete our 8 week nutrition consultation if you want more individual support in that area.
