Focus on eating more and lifting weights the majority of the year and less on cutting calories and abusing cardio 365.
Leave the 12 week challenges in the past and build the habits that make for permanent change.
Until you embrace a different lifestyle and stop permanently dieting/not dieting you will be chasing something unattainable.
My after is ongoing, and I enjoy every minute of the process.
