You've been told this is supposed to end.
Twelve weeks. A before and after. A finish line, then back to figuring it out alone and hoping for the best!
That's the story diet culture sold you. And it's the reason you've started and stopped more programs than you can count by the time you have hit mid life.
Here's the thing nobody puts on a sales page or marketing post, the women who actually get to keep their results aren't the ones who finish a 6-12 week program. They're the ones who never had to start over. They found one safe place to build in, and they let that place flex with them for years.
I want to show you what that actually looks like. Not the highlight reel. The real, unglamorous, multi year version, based on realy client stories and data.
The foundation nobody wants to slow down for
She comes to me exhausted. Doing "everything right" and still puffy, still inflamed, still not seeing the muscle she's working for.
Year one isn't sexy. It's nutrition that actually fits her life. It's habits she can repeat on a bad week, not just a good one. It's learning to train with intention instead of just working hard and getting sweaty. It's a baseline of daily movement underneath the strength work, not instead of it.
This is where we build the thing everything else stands on. A sound, boring, sustainable relationship with food and training. No hero phase. No extremes. Just structure she can trust.
Then something shifts
She starts to really create some consistency with the above phase, and she is feeling more energetic and stronger. A few pounds come off. The muscle she's been building finally gets to show. She is more toned, and the bloated woman who felt lost in the begininng is a distant memory.
This is usually where I encourage her to stay put for a while, and she also wants to stop and just live here. It feels good. It's new. It's different than anything she's felt in her body in years. We let her stay in that strength and muscle focus as long as it's serving her, not because a program said 12 weeks and we're done. We adjust only when you need it or have a new goal in mind.
Then life happens, and the plan flexes with her
Maybe it's a milestone birthday trip, a wedding, or even a goal that has nothing to do with a physique, she wants to run a marathon. She decides she wants to train for it properly.
So we do. We fuel that training properly for months, because underfueling a marathon build is how you undo years of muscle work in one season. We run the race. We recover from it the way an athlete recovers, not the way diet culture tells her to eat less even when burning more and more calories.
Some body fat comes back during that season. That's not failure. That's the cost of asking your body to do something hard and honoring it properly. It is by no means going backwards, it is all apart of the long term plan.
Then we reasses again
Recovery first. Then, when she's ready, we shift back toward a fat loss phase, shed what came on during the marathon build, and reveal the muscle she never actually lost because she actually fueled her training properly. Because she has taken such good care of her body these last few years, the fat loss phase is easy and quick without drastic calorie cuts.
She feels amazing and now shes ready to get back to buiding muscle and strength in the gym.
This is the part the industry doesn't sell you
There is no "after." There's just her, in her body, moving through seasons that all belong to the same long game. Foundation. Recomp. Strength focus. Performance goal. Recovery. Recomp again. On and on, for as long as she wants to keep training like this is actually her life and not a project with a deadline. The goals are individual to her, not cookie cutter and random.
This is why women stay with me for one year, two years, three and beyond. Not because they're chasing something they haven't caught yet, not because they would just gain all this weight without me. Because they finally found a place that moves with their actual life instead of asking their life to pause for a program that never fit their needs in the first place,
That's the whole model. That's why it works for years, not weeks.
